Are you licensed?
Our team is fully licensed with both a broker's and real estate license. Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, several team members monitor the tenant calls and act on emergencies. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, all landlords are paid within 72 hours after the tenant check has cleared via EFT (electronic fund transfer). -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Leases are signed by NewGen Properties and uploaded into the Owner Portal. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we have a variety of licensed realtors. Ask us about our current discount and promotions.How and when do I get my checks?
